VIBE card is a loyalty card that works like the stamp card. But, instead of stamps, you will be rewarded with 1 point for each drink that you have purchased. Once you have accumulated 10 points, you will get a free drink! PLUS, you are also entitled to a free BOOST on your birthday. Wanna be a VIBE Club member? Just get a Boost and a VIBE card will be presented to you upon request! Once you have your card in hand, next you’ll need to register and activate it! You can also check your points by logging into your account by using your e-mail and password!

  • I’m trying to register and it’s not working!

    First of all, if you have registered a card before, you can’t register another card with the same email address. Log into your VIBE account and follow the prompts in the “lost card” section. Still not working? Make sure you have checked the instructions on the login page about correct prefixes and verification codes. Still not working…then email us at and we will fix it for you!

  • I have changed my details…

    All the details that you have registered still can be changed when you move, got it wrong or got married! Just log into your VIBE account, head to the profile section, change your details and hit save!

  • What are points?

    For every drink you purchase, you will get one point. This can be for any sizes - Kids, Medium, and Original, as long as it’s a Boost drink!

  • Where are my points?

    Sometimes IT isn’t our friend, so if you have any problems about your points, just shoot off an email to with your Boostie number and your necessary queries!
    Please remember that points are not applicable on discounted/promo drinks.

  • Can I get a free drink yet?

    If you have 10 or more points, then you are one stroll away from your free Boost! You only need 10 points to get your freebie!

  • Is there a limit on points and do they expire?

    You can collect as many points as you want and the points will never expire! So feel free to accumulate more points, and shout a friend a free Boost if you want!

  • Lost/stolen/broken vibe card!?

    Never fear, you may have lost your card down the toilet, had you bag snatched by a grandma or it’s just plain not working, there is something you can do to keep your points!
    Your super cool VIBE account has a special way of letting you easily register your new card AND keep your points!
    1. Log into your VIBE account (here)
    2. On the left you will see “I have Lost My Card!”, click on this section
    3. Type in your new Boostie number – it will begin with VSMxxxxx/VSYxxxxx
    4. Type in your verification code (if you have a Zero, make sure you don’t put in the letter “O”)
    5. Enter your email address and VIBE password and click save
    6. Open your email and click on the link that would have been sent to you
    7. Your VIBE account should now show you a message saying “Transfer completed”

  • So how do I get this Birthday Boost?

    The Birthday Boost is only available on the day or two days before and two days after your birthday. There are a few reasons for this but check out the terms and conditions of VIBE for more information.
    To redeem it, on your birthday, just head to your local store with your VIBE card and proof of birth date (Your NRIC or Passport) and you score a free Boost!
    Do note that only 1 redemption per person per birthday.

Vibe Card . Terms & Conditions

  1. By registering and/or using your Boost VIBE Card, you consent to the terms of this agreement.
  2. VIBE Points will be awarded to customers for full price smoothies, crushes or juices only, unless expressly specified. Points will not be awarded in association with any other offer or discount, unless expressly specified. Points are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Note: No VIBE points will be awarded at both Boost Juice Bars Jewel Changi and Changi T2 store
  3. While every effort will be made in store to ensure VIBE points are correctly awarded, Boost Juice Bars Singapore takes no responsibility for technical errors associated with crediting points onto the VIBE Card.
  4. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any points of your VIBE Card are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  5. In the case of a lost or stolen card; VIBE members should visit a participating Boost Juice Bars in Singapore and request a new card. They can log onto the registered members section of the Boost website,, where they can transfer their existing card information, to their new card by submitting their details. Every effort will be made to ensure that the full points balance is also transferred to the new card, however Boost Juice Bars Singapore will not be responsible for any points accrued that are lost in the transfer. Cards that are reported as lost or stolen will immediately be cancelled and will be rendered inactive.
  6. VIBE members are entitled to a free Birthday Boost on the day or 2 days before or 2 days after their date of birth. VIBE members will have to present their VIBE card confirming their birth date registered on the card with their ID. This free Birthday Boost cannot be redeemed on any other day regardless of external circumstances including but not limited to public holidays, store closures etc. This free Birthday Boost is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Boost Juice Bars Singapore do not take responsibility for incorrect birth dates entered during registration process.
  7. No fees will be charged by Boost Juice Bars Singapore for the issue, registration, activation or use of the VIBE Card.
  8. Should a password be lost or forgotten, VIBE members should go to the registered members section of the Boost website at where they can enter their email address and click on ‘lost password’. Their password will then be sent to their nominated email address.
