Your app will do the job but if you’re a bit of a hoarder or don’t like saying goodbyes then keep the card.
Moved? Made a boo boo? Tied the knot? No worries! All the details you entered when you registered can be changed whenever you feel the need. Just log into the app, head to the My Profile section, change your deets and save it!
Unfortunately, no. Points are not awarded on discounted drinks.
There may be a couple of different reasons for this. If your phone screen is cracked, and the scanner doesn’t register the card, we can’t add points to it. What we can do, is give you a physical card that you can load points on to until your screen is fixed. Then you will be able to transfer the points over at a later date.
Sometimes IT isn’t our friend, so if there is an internet problem, we won’t be able to use the app. In this instance, you may need to try another store.
Our store locator uses the GPS location and Google maps to try and determine your location. You can strengthen your GPS location by enabling on your Wi-Fi. If this does not work you can always enter your postcode or select by state.
