  • I’m trying to register and it’s not working!

    First of all, if you have registered a card before, you can’t register another card with the same email address. Log into your VIBE account and follow the prompts in the “lost card” section. Still not working? Make sure you have checked the instructions on the login page about correct prefixes and verification codes. Still not working…then (click here)!

  • I have changed my details…

    All the details that you have registered still can be changed when you move, got it wrong or got married! Just log into your VIBE account, head to the profile section, change your details and hit save!

  • What are points?

    For every drink you purchase, you will get one point. This can be for any sizes - Kids, Medium, and Original, as long as it’s a Boost drink!

  • Where are my points?

    Sometimes IT isn’t our friend, so if you have any problems about your points, just (click here)!

  • Can I get a free drink yet?

    If you have 10 or more points, then you are one stroll away from your free Boost! You only need 10 points to get your freebie!

  • Is there a limit on points and do they expire?

    You can collect as many points as you want so feel free to accumulate more points, and shout a friend a free Boost if you want! Your points will not expire as long as your account is active with transactions within a six (6) month period. However, if there is no transaction on your account for six (6) months all remaining accrued points will expire – so keep sipping regularly and keep redeeming your accrued points!

  • Lost or forgotten your password?

    VIBE members should go to the registered members section of the Boost website (here) where they can click on 'Forgot your password' and enter their email address to reset their password.

  • So how do I get this Birthday Boost?

    The Birthday Boost is only available on the day or fourteen (14) days before and fourteen (14) days after your birthday.
    To redeem it, on your birthday, just head to your local store with your VIBE card and proof of birth date (Your NRIC or Passport) and you score a free Boost!
    Do note that only 1 redemption per person per birthday.

Vibe Card . Terms & Conditions

  1. By registering and/or using your Boost VIBE Card, you consent to the terms of this agreement.
  2. VIBE Points will be awarded to customers for full price smoothies, crushes or juices only, unless expressly specified. Points will not be awarded in association with any other offer or discount, unless expressly specified. Points are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Points can only be awarded to Boost VIBE members registered in Singapore. Note: No VIBE points will be awarded at both Boost Juice Bars Jewel Changi and Changi T2 store
  3. While every effort will be made in store to ensure VIBE points are correctly awarded, Boost Juice Bars Singapore takes no responsibility for technical errors associated with crediting points onto the VIBE Card.
  4. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any points of your VIBE Card are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  5. The VIBE points accrued balance on an account will expire if the VIBE account remains inactive for a period of 6 months or more. For example, if there is no purchase made on a VIBE account for 6 months, the remaining points not redeemed will automatically expire and be removed from the account.
  6. If there is no activity on your account for 24 consecutive months, membership account will be deactivated and any remaining points will expire. Activity includes earning points through purchases, as well as redeeming points for rewards.
  7. In the case of a lost or stolen card; customers may continue to use the same membership number by logging into their VIBE account on app or web (here)and flash the barcode to continue collecting VIBE points. Every effort will be made to ensure that the full points balance is also transferred to the new card, however Boost Juice Bars Singapore will not be responsible for any points accrued that are lost in the transfer. Cards that are reported as lost or stolen will immediately be cancelled and will be rendered inactive.
  8. VIBE members are entitled to a free Birthday Boost on the day or fourteen (14) days before or fourteen (14) days after their date of birth. VIBE members will have to present their VIBE card confirming their birth date registered on the card with their ID. This free Birthday Boost cannot be redeemed on any other day regardless of external circumstances including but not limited to public holidays, store closures etc. This free Birthday Boost cannot be redeemed at Boost Juice Bars in Jewel Changi and Changi Terminal 2. This free Birthday Boost is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Boost Juice Bars Singapore do not take responsibility for incorrect birth dates entered during registration process.
  9. VIBE members may only redeem their Free Birthday Boost with at least 1 point in their account. New members may also claim their Birthday Boost upon registration and right after their first drink purchase if it is done within the time period of redemption (fourteen (14) days before, during and fourteen (14) days after one’s birthday).Each member is entitled to redeem only one (1) free Birthday Boost per calendar year.
  10. No fees will be charged by Boost Juice Bars Singapore for the issue, registration, activation or use of the VIBE Card.
  11. Should a password be lost or forgotten, VIBE members should go to the registered members section of the Boost website (here)where they can click on 'Forgot your password' and enter their email address to reset their password.
  12. The VIBE card is issued to you by Boost Juice Bars Singapore. We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of the VIBE member program on our website at any time.
  13. Information collected from members at the time of signing up to the VIBE member program is subject to the privacy policy listed at (here)
  14. By registering for the VIBE loyalty program through Boost Juice, you confirm that you are at least 15 years of age and possess a valid identification card, such as the NRIC (National Registration Identity Card) or driving license.
  15. Boost Juice reserves the right to refuse service or cancel rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or violations of these terms and conditions.
  16. Boost Juice may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any such changes will be communicated to members via email or through updates on the website/mobile apps. Continued use of the services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
  17. The VIBE program is only available at participating Boost Juice stores in the specified region. Rewards, discounts, and offers may vary by location.
  18. Boost Juice reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at its sole discretion if it believes the account is being used in violation of these terms or any applicable laws.
  19. VIBE points are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, assigned, or transferred to any other member or account. Points are also non-redeemable for cash and are valid only within the registered country of the membership.
  20. To enhance the security of your account, Boost Juice may require two-factor authentication (2FA) during the registration process, login, or when performing certain sensitive actions on your account. This is designed to help protect your account from unauthorized access. It is your responsibility to ensure that the phone number or email address registered with your account is accurate and up to date to receive the one-time passcodes for two-factor authentication. Boost Juice is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to update contact details.
